SUBMISSION!
Skin cancer after they removed t and sewed me up. They mad a somewhat small hole and dug out the tissue underneath the skin in an area a little bit bigger than a baseball.

SUBMISSION!
On my elbow
6 weeks ago I was at this thing called Soapy Football. I go every week and basically it’s this bouncy castle football pitch on a beach covered in washing up soap like fairy liquid.
I was running up to a guy to slide tackle him for the ball and missed. I then slid across the pitch, under the edge and 4m across the gravel and rough concrete until I came to a stop.
My whole elbow and forearm looked as if they had been put through a shredder. 6 weeks later - here’s the result :D
I’m going back to soapy football on Thursday, this time there won’t be any injuries .. I hope.
